Amazing stay, exceptional quality and service

We had a 3 nights stay in the Banyan Retreat - King room and it was the most amazing stay ever. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, to the moment we checkout of the hotel, the service provided was top-notch and we were full of praise for it. We felt very welcome by the staff's politeness and friendliness. Our room was on level 55 and it was a huge corner room with a very wide floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the KL city. We requested for a simple birthday decoration in the room prior to booking, and it was fulfilled. We were also given a plate of chocolate cake and a fruit platter as a complimentary gift from the hotel. During turndown service, different essential oil aroma burner was set up for each night, and we felt so relaxed the moment we stepped into the room after a whole day of walking. Although the hotel's breakfast was not extensive, it was all of good quality and delicious. During our last day, we had a very early flight so we couldn’t make it for the breakfast. We explained the situation to the staff and they had kindly offered to pack some light sandwiches and snacks for us. In terms of location, the hotel is directly linked to Pavilion KL mall via a bridge. There was a security guard stationed along the bridge hence it felt safe. The hotel is situated away from the main street, which is always congested therefore we can easily book a Grab car without worrying about being caught in that main street. Banyan Tree KL has created an exceptional level of comfort and quality. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to have a relaxed stay in the midst of a bustling city.

Wanted to go to Vertigo to checkout the view. Was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming front office staff named Amirul Izat, he gave me a full tour of all the accomodities of the Hotel. Big thumbs up to Amirul for his 5 star services

The service by all the staff are excellent! From check in to room service to vertigo and the best was at breakfast at Horizon Grill. Yugesh was at the top of his game!

Fahmi was excellent! Great hotel, definitely my favorite in KL! Great service and awesome clean rooms. Really enjoyed my stay here!

The view from the hotel was amazing and we had a lovely time at the rooftop bar in the evening. And the breakfast was delicious and Sufry's hospitality was excellent!
